I logged my first workout at 11 this morning. Chalene kicked my butt and it was awesome. Picking up the moves got a little overwhelming at times, but as with anything, with time it can only get better.
For the sake of the cause, here are my "Day 1 Stats"
Weight: 213
Measurements
Arms: 14"
Waist: 42"
Hips: 48"
Legs: 28"
And now the sexy "Before Photos" (covers eyes and looks away)
I finished my workout this morning and came back upstairs. Steven says to me "Dang, you are sweaty and gross looking. But that's awesome......Man, you are going to get fit working like that every day." Oh husband...you just wait.
As you can see, I am motivated like a 4 year old. STICKER CHART!
